Returns & Exchanges

This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all products purchased online from Okaria Essentials. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us with your Order ID and contact details.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • An incorrect product has been delivered
  • The product seal or packaging is found to be broken
  • The delivered item does not match the order placed

3. Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support via phone or email with your Order ID and issue details.
  2. Share clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
  3. After verification, a Return Authorization will be issued.
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and send it back as instructed.
  5. Share the return shipment tracking details with us.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only in case of damaged or incorrectly delivered products.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • The same return process applies for exchanges.

6. Refund Policy

  • If your order is not delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • If your delivery address is not serviceable by our courier partners.
  • In case of a damaged or wrong product, a replacement will be provided. No refund will be issued for such cases.

7. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, return shipping charges will be borne by Okaria Essentials.
  • For all other return reasons, shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Important Notes

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
  • Used, tampered, or damaged products will not be eligible for return or refund.
